O Foudre 2018 provém de uma vinha excecional de 80 anos situada na Serra de São Mamede a 700 metros de altitude.Foi vinificado em um Foudre Alsaciano de 1961 de 1150 litros de capacidade onde ficou a estagiar durante 16 meses.
